Extremely comfy beds - great location next to OCT! Have real coffee in the room and a good selection of TV channels. Overall pretty good rooms and being right above one of the best malls in Shenzhen makes things very convenient. Also right next to the metro!

Westin is my life savor and I’m not exaggerating a bit. This is the second time in April I stay here. Well, in fact, when I’m writing this review, I’m having my third time stay here. Why, because my kitchen is having its second time pipe broken within a week. Thanks to the wonderful talented house builder Mr. Zhuo, who is a friend of my mother, a 50 year old rich cougar has bad taste in men, whether friends or other kinds of friends. So, Westin becomes my go-to place when there’s a problem in the house. Most of the time when I check in here I look like a hobo considering I haven’t got any shower in 8 hours due to the sudden water shortage accident in the house. However, After greeted by the friendly receptionists, I know at least there are normal people out there, doing their job properly. I appreciate that I can always use a hot shower and sleep in the comfy bed and no need to worry about I don’t have enough water to flush the toilet in the morning. And the easy access to several restaurants I like is also one of the reasons I’ll never book other hotels within OCT area. It’s is just super convenient for me.
